Due to the nature of digital and time-based services, all payments made to Evara Web Studio are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Our services involve custom work, strategy, planning, and time investment that cannot be returned once delivered or initiated.

When Work Is Considered to Have Commenced

Work is considered to have commenced once any of the following occur:

  • Project onboarding or discovery has begun

  • Design, development, or SEO work has started

  • Strategy, audits, or consultations have been delivered

  • Access has been granted to client accounts, tools, or platforms

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before work has commenced, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus:

  • Any consultation or administrative fees

  • Any work already completed

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Web design or development work already performed

  • Local SEO services, audits, or optimization work

  • Strategy sessions, consultations, or planning

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or deposits

  • Monthly retainers once the billing period has started

Project Termination

If a project is terminated by the client after work has commenced:

  • The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date

  • Any outstanding invoices remain payable

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work

No Guarantees on Results

Evara Web Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business results. As such, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services and suspension of deliverables.
